Large color lithograph, published folded twice in an early issue of Derrière le Miroir Nos. 36-37-38,Sur Quatre Murs' in 1951 in Paris.. This lithograph,Les Mille Et Une Nuits' of Henri Matisse was originally created in June 1950 by the artist, it bears the printed signature and the date in the lower right corner. This lithograph was published by the gallery Maeght after Henri Matisse's original work,Les Mille Et Une Nuits (The Thousand and One Nights)', which is a large 12-foot papercut crafted in 1950 from gouache-stained paper. Folded twice as published, a minor crease at the lower left fold.
