Detailled map showing California, Oregon, Utah and New-Mexico just before the goldrush in California. The western territories beyond the Rocky Mountains are detailed shown. The map is pretty high accurate and naming many cities and smaller places, as well rivers, mountains and Indian territories. In the lower left corner we find a color key for the state borders, just below two milage scales for German and English miles are shown.
