Guglielmo Mayer was an Italian cartographer active in the early 19th century, known for producing maps of the Italian peninsula dedicated to the Papal authorities. His map of Italy, produced in 1816 and dedicated to Pope Pius VII, reflects the post-Napoleonic political reorganization of the peninsula following the Congress of Vienna.
