Large original Lithograph in colours. Printed signature in the lower left corner of the image. A beautiful cityscape of Regensburg. View from the Wöhrd island towards the old town, the cathedral St. Peter and a part of the Stone Bridge, the city walls with the historic city in the rear. The image was drawn by artist Hans Bartolo Brand around 1910-28, this is the period when the tramline was just invented in Regensburg, actually the very first tramline on the stone bridge was in 1903. However we are dating this lithograph towards 1928, due we were now able to locate a signed and 1928 dated oil painting by this artist showing a very similar scenery in a slightly differing perspective.
