Lithograph, hand colored in outline and partly printed in colors. Detailed small map of ,Big Island' with many place names, mostly along the coast. The map also shows missions, harbors, trails, the boundaries of the lava eruptions in 1823. As well same abbreviation of the Hawaiian language. Also the Vulcan Mokuaweoweo and the crater Kilauea are shown on two inset maps.
