A highly detailed unfolded example of this historic Ordnance Survey of Roman Britain map, which also was published folded in a booklet. The map is eqipped with a color code for heights in meter & feet in the lower corner. Further to the left is a large table with 38 explanations with abbreviations such as colonies, cantonal capitals, lesser walled towns, spas, temples and shrines, barrows and mausolea, villas, bath houses, etc.
