Blondeau was a French cartographer active in the early 19th century, known for producing maps reflecting the political realities of post-Revolutionary and Napoleonic Europe. His map of Italy, published in 1817, reflects the territorial settlements of the Congress of Vienna (1814–1815), making it a valuable cartographic document of the Restoration period.
