Lithograph, original color in outline and wash. This map (sheet map no 10) is sectional map of Calvin Smith's famous map of North America. Here is the rare German version printed in lithograph present, published in Cassel in Germany ca. 1855-60. A splendid detailed map, showing nicely the US states Kentucky and Tennessee with some adjacenting states. The map is highly detailed colored in outline and wash by counties and states, many place names, streets or routs, rivers, mountains, etc. are shown.
